Investigation on Modification and Aging Characterization of Stabilized Rubber Powder and SBS Composite Modified Asphalt

چکیده

In order to improve the stability and high temperature behavior of rubber asphalt, deep desulfurization stabilized powder SBS are used prepare composite modified asphalt (Hereinafter: asphalt). this paper, gel chromatography permeation test, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy test dynamic shear rheology were carried out. Comparative tests conducted on base ordinary asphalt. The change mechanism in modification aging process was studied. results show that during preparation is fully dissolved dispersed after high-speed shearing, can absorb light components which improves problem segregation After adding SBS, will undergo cross-linking reaction construct a stable polymer network, delaying degradation oxidation process. anti-aging property improved. During process, both modifier happen, affect rheological properties comprehensive each proves combines advantages addition, it has good performance, large amount economy, promising application prospect.
